Description

The Photos feature displays .jpg/.jpeg and .png files associated with the selected appraisal site.

Viewing Appraisal Site Photos

1. On the RPA main page screen, click the Appraisal Site tab.

2. On the right side of the screen, click the Photos side tab to view all .jpg/.jpeg images associated with the selected appraisal site.

NOTE: Click the Attachments icon in the side panel on the left side of the screen to view .png images.

3. Click the arrow located to the right of the image to view additional photos of a particular structure within the selected appraisal site. Use the arrow to the left of the image to view a previous photo.

4. To make a photo the primary one for use, click on the Make Primary tag at the top right of the photo. Only one photo can be primary for each category.

Adding Appraisal Site Photos

1. On the RPA main page screen, click the Appraisal Site tab.

2. Click the Attachments icon in the side panel, then click Add Attachment.

3. In the Add Attachment pop-up, click Select files to browse for and choose the file.

4. Enter a description and make a selection from the Category and Label drop-down lists.

5. In the Associated Objects panel, select the checkbox for one or more object types to associate with the image.

6. Click Attach.

Editing and Deleting Attachments

1. On the RPA main page screen, click the Appraisal Site tab.
2. Click the Attachments icon in the side panel, then click the Pencil icon for the attachment you want edit.
3. In the Attachment pop-up, make the necessary changes and click Save.

OR

Click Delete to remove the attachment.
